Our team brings together decades of hands-on demolition experience, supported by a strong administration team and dedicated health and safety professionals. This structure allows us to deliver complex commercial and residential demolition projects safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

With a foundation in residential demolition and bulk earthworks spanning over 10 years through GTG Earthmoving & Demolition, Goldmana Demolition was established to provide a specialised commercial demolition service, led by experienced industry professionals and driven by long-term client relationships.

Andrew O’Donnell

Andrew O’Donnell joined Goldmana Demolition to support the strategic development and structuring of the business, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest industry standards while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

With nearly 40 years of experience in the demolition industry, Andrew began his career in London in the mid-1980s before immigrating to New Zealand in the early 1990s. Since then, he has worked across every level of demolition operations, gaining extensive hands-on and leadership experience.

Throughout his career, Andrew has been involved in some of New Zealand’s largest and most complex demolition projects. His depth of knowledge, practical expertise, and industry leadership provide a strong foundation for Goldmana Demolition’s continued growth and long-term success.
